VintageFlow AI Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

1 Introduction

VintageFlow AI ("VintageFlow", "we", "us", or "our") is a business-to-business Shopify application that helps vintage clothing merchants create and manage product listings using artificial intelligence, including product-information generation and virtual try-on imagery (the "Service" or "App").

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, disclosed and deleted in connection with the App, and how individuals can exercise their privacy rights.

VintageFlow AI is operated by Denis Smint, Am Aufspringbach 1, 55234 Wahlheim, Germany. Email: [email protected].

Denis Smint is the controller of personal data processed for our own business purposes, including managing merchant relationships, subscriptions, support, security and legal compliance.

Where we process personal data in merchant content solely on a merchant's instructions, the merchant is the controller and VintageFlow acts as a processor. The merchant determines the lawful basis and provides the required information to affected individuals.

VintageFlow AI is intended for business users and is not a consumer-facing service.

2 Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Policy covers personal data relating to Shopify merchants, store owners, administrators, authorized staff members and individuals who contact us. It also explains our handling of personal data that may be included in submitted content.

VintageFlow AI does not require or intentionally collect Shopify end-customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, order information or payment-card information for its core functionality. The App does not currently request access to Shopify Protected Customer Data for that functionality. These statements do not mean that submitted images, prompts or support messages can never contain personal data.

3 Information We Process

3.1 Information received from Shopify

Shopify provides information through its APIs and authentication systems to authenticate stores, operate the App, manage subscriptions and perform requested actions. Depending on the functionality used, this includes:
